A case study reveals that during the statewide Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) implementation, California Highway Patrol took NexLevel’s help to install CAD System in 27 locations around California and to train more than 800 dispatchers and also to implement an extensive infrastructure to support new system. The company received a Certificate of Appreciation for its work from the State highway patrol agency.
