The analysis of client’s As-Is process—the present state of organization’s processes—precedes the ERP implementation, post-which the reengineering of the business processes eliminate redundancies and inefficiencies. “We automate some of the manual tasks such as approvals or transaction creation using Oracle Workflow technologies and Approval Management Engine and build interfaces with external systems to eliminate dual entry of transactions,” explains Pulumati. This allows clients to enjoy the benefits of accurate system transactions. For instance, a client required revaluation of open foreign currency transactions during abnormal fluctuation of rates. NVision IT built interfaces to identify open transactions, calculate the difference, and create journal entries for the transactions.
