End-to-End Project Management

Over the last decade, Pantera Global Technology has made continuous strides to perfect bid management for general contractors. Initially, the firm provided a customized and white-labeled bid management product to help general contractors access their websites’ multi-million dollars’ worth of technology. Pantera’s product increased a general contractor’s chances of receiving responses from their subs as an invite to a sub can be sent as a direct message. The company has moved into custom applications and fulfilling requests from general contractors to enhance internal workflow around bid management. Moreover, Pantera keeps a general contractor’s subcontractor list and address book private, which has helped the firm win a significant number of customers.

The firm provides an account representative to engage with the clients and understand their needs during the onboarding process. Accordingly, Pantera builds customized web pages, uploads all of its clients’ contacts into its system, and then moves into the training phase to get the clients accustomed to the product. Pantera provides its general contractor clients with a unique plan room, custom branded to match their existing website. Without any third-party branding for Pantera, however, this has resulted in minimal recognition for Pantera’s brand. Initially, the bid management product consisted of basic functions such as the Invitation to Bid, prequalification module, address book, messaging, and document management. During the last ten years, Pantera has added several project management modules to its bid management product such as RFIs, submittals, and scheduling.

Additionally, the firm has enhanced its features to view and share files or plans. Pantera has also built daily reports, drag and drop scheduling, and timekeeping modules to provide full field-communication.

Currently, Pantera is finalizing their end-to-end project management solution with the upcoming job costing module. Pantera is excited to begin marketing the newly finished product and expanded capabilities to project managers in July, 2022. The firm’s ultimate goal is to provide the best Invitation to Bid product with a complete Project Management application at a fraction of the cost in the current market scenario. Pantera will partner with a third party to integrate backend financials for its clients.
