A recent example of a successful implementation for Paperless was with a company that manages stadium broadcasts for television networks in different parts of the world. The client deployed Microsoft Dynamics GP, eRequester and integration with their scheduling systems for their mobile technicians. Paperless implemented Dynamics GP Analytical Accounting to manage contract information starting from their CRM, integrating with their scheduling system, and flowing into Dynamics GP and eRequester. “Their staff, distributed throughout the U.S., Europe and Asia, makes purchase requests in eRequester against contract information, and sales flow through the scheduling system into Dynamics GP,” asserts Pape. Consequently, the client is live with the new system and their customer profitability is tracked by contract, customer, and even parent account, integrating sales and purchasing data across their CRM, scheduling, accounting and procurement systems, for business intelligence reporting.

Paperless Business Systems invests hugely in SaaS hosting to make the adoption of eRequester easy and immediate for clients with limited or no on-premises infrastructure. For the future, Paperless Business System foresees adding new accounting integrations along with infusing additional capabilities to integrate eRequester SaaS or hosted with accounting systems on premises or cloud. “Along with additional accounting system integrations, we have also added specific module integrations, such as with Dynamics GP Analytical Accounting, Dynamics SL Projects and Dynamics AX procurement categories and financial dimensions,” says Pape. The firm will soon launch new modules like its Mobile Expense Management module and Contracts module “to create and route contract documents for approval and integrate them with Blanket Purchase Order functionality for financial information and subsequent releases, to manage project budgets related to contracts,” Pape concludes.
