Enabling Businesses to Thrive in an Evolving Global Digital Market

Tradition over the past several decades has been for banks to acquire competitors, technology, and other aspects of their business. This model creates a disjointed and complicated system of acquired technology with pieces that do not always operate in sync with one another. This disparate mix of puzzle pieces and various integrations are key factors holding legacy banks hostage by adding cost and time to operations.

To solve this, Paynuity has developed an end-to-end solution that provides merchants with a 360-degree customer view, simplicity, and transparency across the payments and banking industry.

Paynuity enables interconnectivity between merchants, banks, payment acquirers, and other FinTech endpoints. Its innovative digital transaction processing and merchant services allow direct-to-bank settlement for all types of payment transactions and include other vertically integrated solutions via its payment switch and gateway services platform.

As a full-service processor positioned as the central point of payments to more than 58 networks and card brand associations, Paynuity provides plug-andplay solutions for issuers and acquirers on a global scale.

“Our white-labeled software platform combines merchant services, loyalty or reward redemption, digital banking, payroll, bill pay services, digital card issuance, and customized credit and lending services to merchants and ISOs (Independent Sales Org) all in one application,” says Ron Moses, CEO, CIO, and co-founder of Paynuity.

Paynuity’s banking-at-the-merchant solution allows consumers to bank at their favorite merchants, saving them valuable time as they do not have to visit the bank to make payments, withdrawals, check cashing, and deposits. In developing nations and rural locations with only one or two bank branches, this solution is a vital way for the bank to service and grow its customer base and offer additional fee revenue to offset merchant fees.

Taking care of card issuing and banking infrastructure needs, Paynuity also enables community banks to build custom credit card programs with robust rewards and benefits from over 1500 top-tier loyalty programs. These programs allow smaller banks to compete directly with the biggest reward credit cards from the world’s largest banks. Paynuity offers a centralized credit and underwriting experience to its merchants and consumers. This enables a realtime, white glove underwriting of their credit card, digital bank, and business. Paynuity provides personal loans with 24/7 communication to facilitate the maximum onboarding of cardholders and businesses onto its products.

Paynuity also specializes in complex commerce solutions. For example, it’s EMV payment solution, combined with a fuel pump controller, forecourt management platform, digital signage controller, payment terminal, and a unified gateway for gas stations, will be available with an in-store POS and integrates directly into the processing gateway. Paynuity’s mobile multi-wallet support solution combines digital banking in 134 currencies, crypto, and stablecoin, with the ability to convert loyalty points to currency via an innovative “create your own payment” method. This allows an account holder to set a priority and threshold for the payment using a mix of loyalty points, cash, and BNPL services with a digital or physical credit card attached to the account.

Our white-labeled software platform combines merchant services, loyalty or reward redemption, digital banking, payroll, bill pay services, digital card issuance, and customized credit and lending services to merchants and ISOs in one application

“We use our IP, technology, licensed network, and carrier-grade data centers instead of cloud or third-party providers, which have no fiduciary duty to keep us running,” says Moses. “Our technology sits on top of our own bank core. It can run with or without integration to another bank’s core by just providing a Masterfile of the accounts for the bank’s ledger updates.”
