QActions is a dynamic and innovative software company, providing IT services with a focus on quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC). The company is the brainchild of Alfonsina Morgavi and Javier Marchese, who have years of experience in this specific field.

“Until 2011, we both managed teams in different companies. That same year we decided to join hands and give identity to QActions—a company exclusively dedicated to QA and QC,” says Marchese, the CEO of QActions.

The beginning was difficult. It tested their passion and personal effort to keep moving forward. The duo had to learn to be more agile and move faster to the available opportunities—which, needless to say, were not presented “wrapped in gift paper”.

Morgavi’s and Marchese’s relentless pursuit, however, resulted in great outcomes, and by the year 2015, QActions began leading large-scale projects, building a name and reputation in the market.

Established as a technology company today, QActions Group maintains strong niche expertise in software QA and QC as well as provides SAP technology solutions.

In 2020, Eduardo Arrieta joined as a new partner, with more than two decades of experience in the SAP market. With his entry, a new business unit was created: QActions SAP.

“After consecutive years of sustained and exponential growth, and a large client base, we have taken a new challenge by opening offices in Paraguay and in the U.S.,” states Marchese .

QActions realizes that with rapidly changing technologies, software architectures become more complex, and release timelines also become tighter, turning a failure into a huge business impact. For QActions, human capital is a determining value, and it relies on them for the growth of the company. Last year, QActions created the HR department with a manager, a team of recruiters, and analysts. In addition, it has implemented the SAP Success Factors tool for all personnel management.

QActions is working to position them abroad and its efforts are directed to countries such as Bolivia, Perú, Ecuador, Spain, Panamá, Paraguay, and the U.S. In the Argentine market, the company’s objective is to continue growing. It has also built alliances with the companies like Tricentis and Veracode to be always on the success track.

For QActions, the secret is to listen very closely to customer demand and expectations, clearly “assesses” feasibility of plan to expose the difference between what clients expect and what is actually possible, and “show the added value” of services.
