RheoData takes a nuanced approach to integrate GoldenGate into Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) so that clients can make the most of the resources available in the cloud environment. “OCI beats other cloud platforms because it was built natively to support enterprise solutions while others are more developer-focused,” highlights Curtis.

In a case study, one of its clients, using OCI and GoldenGate, wanted to share data with their retail stores running on onpremise technology. RheoData helped the client build the data architecture for seamless interconnection between Oracle and downstream heterogenous environments.

Currently, RheoData is helping its other client adopt Oracle GoldenGate Microservices architecture, the latest cloudbased version that supports high-speed data movement at a low cost. RheoData is assessing ways to improve the client’s Oracle database, Oracle GoldenGate, and core infrastructures operations with HashiCorp products to lay a strong bedrock for next-generation implementations and cloud adoption.
