Shivhit.ai: Consulting at AI Speed

RunI has developed Shivhit.ai, which is described as the first commercially available AI-enabled consulting platform. It is now in beta. Initially focused on strategy consulting, Shivhit.ai is designed to generate a 0-to-10-year organizational strategy within 15 minutes based on client inputs. This will compress a process that traditionally requires months of analysis and iteration.

The platform is being tested with Fortune 500 executives to refine its recommendations before being rolled out to mid-market and small businesses. By accelerating strategic clarity, Shivhit.ai aims to enable faster decision-making, reduce time to market, and optimize resource allocation.

RunI acknowledges that such technology has the potential to disrupt traditional consulting models—including its own—but positions Shivhit.ai as aligned with the industry’s trajectory toward more data-driven, technology-enabled advisory services.

Applied Value in Action

RunI’s work with a Global client illustrates its philosophy in practice. Initially engaged to document future-state transformation processes, the team identified an opportunity to leverage the client’s existing Microsoft Copilot environment to accelerate delivery. By deploying an AI agent to support documentation. Inspite of the delays in the project, RunI used the AI agent to compensate for the delays and completed the task 50% ahead of schedule, generating measurable labour cost savings without additional billing. Although the intervention was outside the original scope, it was implemented because it offered clear and immediate value.
