At one instance, Stockton Unified School District was facing problems in updating its student computers. Within seven days, SA deployed approximately 4,500 notebooks. “We got a turnkey imaging solution for our teachers. They simply turn on the notebook and it automatically establishes wireless network connectivity. The device is then automatically configured with Windows 7 before joining our Active Directory domain. The notebooks run our software flawlessly,” says Robert Torres, Chief Technology Officer, SUSD.

Moving forward, SA has plans to innovate around new technologies. “We have been a major contributor into a revolutionary cloud encryption software solution that will roll out through the Microsoft Product Suite by the 4th Quarter of 2014.

We believe that this new approach to security will modernize data security and bring new capabilities through cloud services,” reveals Hosea. Talking on the most exciting upcoming Microsoft products, Hosea says, “Microsoft has already established the next generation of platforms; now it’s time to make the move to Microsoft Cloud services.”

For a healthy and vibrant company, Hosea recommends non-biased treatment of employees. “To reach goals, an open atmosphere must exist. Honest feedback creates short-term pain, but ultimately opens the door for long-term successes,” he concludes.
