SapienceS2P initiated a two-week audit assessment to evaluate clients’ current procurement system and plan how their journey to the latest versions of SAP Ariba and S/4 Hana will look. As its popularity grew, the next years witnessed the company offering clients access to the latest cloud-based procurement and ERP solutions from SAP in a seamless manner.

To put things into perspective, one of SapienceS2P’s clients was struggling with a huge number of disparate non-SAP legacy systems. They were seeking a way to consolidate everything into one system while still keeping everything working. For this client, SapienceS2P came up with a plan that decommissioned their 70 legacy business systems and migrated all the relevant data to their new SAP Ariba and S/4 Hana software.
