Scout Talent’s typical client is a C level executive or senior leader in human resources or people and culture, looking for solutions to solve their talent acquisition challenges. The company has clients all across North America, Australia, NZ, and the Pacific. Scout Talent works with clients across various industries because their technology is easily configurable and can be used to recruit for any role—from an entry level Administration Assistant to the CEO of a global corporation, from a Community Support Worker to an Electrical Engineer.

Scout Talent’s flagship software product is Scout Talent :Recruit. More than ‘just’ an ATS, :Recruit is a Recruitment CRM that allows clients to streamline their entire recruitment process: from advertising vacancies, to rating and ranking applicants and automating their candidate communication all with the end goal of hiring the very best talent.

In addition, the company also offers: Engage—a talent pipelining and recruitment marketing system that enables clients to build talent pools and hire proactively rather than reactively, and : Onboard, which digitizes the job offer and acceptance process and enables clients to improve their time to hire and candidate experience. To complement its software modules, Scout Talent offers a range of flexible, scalable, and on demand talent acquisition services.

What separates Scout Talent is the capability of its products and services to streamline end to end talent acquisition so that clients can bring the right people and key skills into their organization.

For example, one of Scout Talent’s clients is a provider of aged care services and is an organization that is growing quickly and, therefore, constantly recruiting. Prior to subscribing to Scout Talent’s SaaS platform, they had a completely manual recruitment process. They received dozens of applications each week and had just two people in their HR team who were using spreadsheets and email inboxes to try and keep track of everything.

As soon as they implemented: Recruit, the client realized the value that the right software could bring to their recruitment process. Since implementing :Recruit, they have added: Onboard in order to streamline their on boarding process.

In another example, a mining industry client used the :Recruit and : Engage software to attract and hire more than 200 new employees per year. One of their key requirements was to find a software platform that could support both English speaking and French speaking candidates. Scout Talent supports multiple languages, so it was able to tick this box for them straight away.

After implementing and using the software for a few months, the client came to Scout Talent, suspecting that they had some employer branding challenges. The applications they were receiving weren’t sufficient enough in terms of both quality and quantity. In addition to providing a software solution, Scout Talent is currently running an employer branding project to help increase the volume of suitable candidates who are visiting their careers site and applying for roles with them.
