The clientele was a group founded by nurses and MDs; they had very little technical ability to streamline work processes. Sparrow partnered with a military contact tracing provider and built contact tracing software for this event.

The Sparrow team was on its toes, with the doctors doing the testing while the nurses watched the results.

The moment someone tested positive, Sparrow’s software helped them identify that person, locate them at the event, and safely get them quarantined. When Sparrow made the software at full tilt, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) rolled out different protocols. Sparrow followed these protocols to help its clients build, test, document, describe, and deploy the solution in days.
