Bita Massoudi, Founder and CEO of Strategic Business Decisions Consulting, had a firm vision in mind when she founded her company in 2012. It was to bridge new scientific learning about the human brain and neuroscience to the art of business decision making. “As a neuroscientist, specializing in the field of learning and neuroplasticity, I wanted to apply my knowledge about learning and memory formation to help entrepreneurs and business leaders make better business decisions,” she says. “We today help business leaders learn from the changing environmental factors surrounding their business.”
