Encouraged by the success of AccuConnect, Tecra launched CCMConnect, a web-based software platform focused exclusively on the customer communications market. Compliance, security, high-speed document composition and SLA Management are at the crux of CCMConnect. Gondi says, “CCMConnect is the perfect solution to manage customer communications for highly regulated industries such as healthcare, insurance, finance and banking.

The system provides detailed audit log and has extensive reporting capabilities”.
