Solving the Most Common Google Workspace Needs

ISPCS, the company behind ToogleBox, was born as a spinoff from eSourceCapital, one of the largest Google WorkSpace (GWS) Partners in the Americas. Several years ago, Google customers started requesting additional features and functionalities to support the adoption of GWS. To satisfy these needs, eSourceCapital began developing customized Google Workspace features. ToogleBox transitioned these customers’ requested solutions into a premium and secure Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product that solves the most common requests of corporate customers. Currently, the tool is used to support almost 2MM users worldwide.

“The first request, and the one that triggered the creation of ToogleBox, came from a financial institution. They needed to recall an internal email sent by mistake to all their employees with confidential information. We were able to execute the email recall and solve the issue. That’s when we realized, a decade ago, the need to craft a versatile toolkit complementing GWS functionalities.

After that first request, the increased interest from GWS clients led us to enhance our capabilities and add more features, such as centralized management of email signatures, automatic management of distribution lists, and deletion of ex-employees that still pop up as suggestions in the contact list. These are just some of the more than 30 functionalities our customers use today” says Mauricio Novo, VP and head of Product Development.

ToogleBox is a powerful solution for organizations that need to react to harmful, malicious, and erroneous emails. When confronted with phishing attacks, the Super Admin can efficiently perform large-scale, domain-wide searches using personalized queries to identify and remove detrimental emails.

Additionally, ToogleBox offers a recall feature, allowing end-users to recover emails beyond the 30 seconds time-lapse permitted by Google. This enhancement to GWS helps clients to retrieve leaked information, such as sending payroll information to the wrong recipient.

Another common request is related to Google Groups; ToogleBox automates their creation based on parameters, ensuring that the groups are always updated. Moreover, additional tools enhance data control to cost-effectively maintain Google Groups, which are used both as distribution lists and to grant access to information shared in Google Drive.

ToogleBox management will participate with Google in several marketing initiatives and events, including Google NEXT in San Francisco, strategically focusing on supporting large Google customers in North America and Europe. ToogleBox will introduce additional functionalities to support GWS adoption and add an extra layer of security, ensuring adherence to legal and financial regulatory requirements.
