For example, they have rolled out a Customer Information Management (CIM) solution for the Fédération Française de Tennis (FFT) in Paris, France. The FFT manages on-line ticket sales for the French Open and Bercy tournaments. The CIM centralizes system of record customer information for the more than 1.5 million active members of the FFT and captures customer purchasing behavior through meta data analysis. The Tournament ticketing processes have been radically improved: Prior to the solution, opening of ticket sales required an “all hands on deck” tactical operation to manage servers and synchronize data between the web interfaces and the back office ticketing solutions. Now, with continuous data quality services and analytics, the opening of the tournament occurs over time and across targeted sales channels. Modeling of product packs have helped them develop new revenue channels for the tournament.
