The V2verify app prompts the user to answer two speech-based questions and then analyzes the collected speech to identify the unique features of the voice print. The entire onboarding process takes about 45 seconds.

Once a user is onboarded, the V2verify platform can authenticate a person with just 2 seconds of natural speech, which can then be used for cases like customer service calls, face-to-face interactions, resetting passwords, or providing access to web portals, mobile apps, etc.

V2verify’s innovative voice authentication technology is gaining traction with several industries, including enterprise payments and banking, healthcare, Insurance, staffing and HR, and transportation. V2verify was recently deployed in a company that provides unified and secure access to KYC data for financial transactions. With V2verify’s technology, the customer can protect KYC data and ensure authorized access to the right person without using complex user IDs and passwords.

With a vision to further simplify its usability, the team recently deployed a Genetic AI Evolutionary engine on top of the V2verify platform allowing the solution to continuously improve the voice print. The AI engine gathers physical aspects like breath levels and patterns, speech patterns, and geo-data to make the identification process faster and more efficient. This is important because, as people age, their voices and speech patternschange. V2verify’s AI engine can track these changes and evolve the voice file without ever asking the user to re-onboard.
