Visual collaboration for the global team at Vibe Inc was a major pain point in the early stage of the company. Charles Yang, CEO at Vibe Inc., along with Co-Founders and former Microsoft developers Jian Zhao and Jiulong Wang, were developing a new product for virtual reality, and realized that the bigger problem facing global teams was how to collaborate visually in a more efficient way. Designed by teams, for teams, Vibe combines an intuitive keynote-worthy 55 inch 4K UHD touchscreen display and stylus that makes the stylus-to-touchscreen experience natural and familiar, just like a marker on a traditional whiteboard. The interactive infinite canvas can be annotated with sketches, comments, and digital sticky notes to add context to PDFs, documents, screenshots, and images. With over 50 3rd party app integrations, it is easy to import documents or annotate over pretty much anything.

Be it conducting a training session or presenting in a client meeting, the flexibility of Vibe's collaboration software makes it effortless to share ideas. Remote participants can join the board to view or co-create in real-time from their preferred devices. Teams can seamlessly collaborate on their workflow by accessing their Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, and Box files directly from the Vibe board. One can share their board either as a live link by scanning a QR code or sending via email, Slack, Teams as well as by saving a static PDF back to Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, or Box.

The experience of using Vibe is similar to drawing on a 55” iPad, with up to 10 touchpoints available for simultaneous use on the display. One can join or start meetings with the apps their team loves. They are free to use Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or WebEx based on their needs or client preference. With more than fifty 3rd party applications available to integrate, teams can save money by integrating with workflow applications such as Slack, Jira, Asana, Wrike, Trello, and the Microsoft Office suite. Vibe works with the tools already invested in, hence, eliminating additional purchases.
