The transformative process starts with an enterprise data maturity assessment. Agiliko ascertains the client’s maturity level using established models like the CMMI Data Management Maturity Model. Once determined, Agiliko employs strategic IT governance, guiding clients to leverage enterprise data governance councils and implement policies to ensure data quality, consistency, and security.

Subsequently, Agiliko extracts data from multiple sources, transfers it into data warehouses, and builds ETL processes to keep the data current and to establish a single version of the truth. Within 45 days, Agiliko developed a MicroStrategy-based BI tool to help the agency collect, process, and present risk analysis reports. This rapid deployment enabled Agiliko to better understand risks and proactively overcome the crisis.

Agiliko provided the client with ML scripts written in Python, which streamlined FICO score analysis in minutes.
