Using AccuConnect, customers can acquire both business and consumer prospect lists from various data providers by specifying geographic and demographic criteria.
“With AccuConnect, print providers can totally automate the ordering, production and shipping of VDP and POD products. It would not only improve operational efficiency but also reduce cycle times and provide considerable cost savings,” says Gondi.
Encouraged by the success of AccuConnect, Tecra launched CCMConnect, a web-based software platform focused exclusively on the customer communications market. Compliance, security, high-speed document composition and SLA Management are at the crux of CCMConnect. Gondi says, “CCMConnect is the perfect solution to manage customer communications for highly regulated industries such as healthcare, insurance, finance and banking.
The system provides detailed audit log and has extensive reporting capabilities”.
