No walls, no desks, nor papers; education sector today is undergoing a massive transformation powered by new learning methods and devices. Take the case of Wilson County Schools in Tennessee that is rolling out Chromebooks in a big way. They currently have 12,500 Chromebooks, assigned 1:1 for some grades and schools and for shared use among the other students. Many of these students even get to take their assigned device home at the end of each day, opening up 24/7 learning opportunities. Getting devices into students’ hands will let the school easily take advantage of online curriculum, learn critical technology skills, and better reach Common Core goals.
