Optima's consortiums, in partnership with the Association for Manufacturing Excellence (AME) and its Adult Learning Center, provide resources to organizations and people to further develop and practice lean thinking. "Optima was instrumental in the initial development and implementation of our Lean journey. They played a key role in training our team members in the area of Lean, led initial Kaizen events, and helped develop the Value Stream Map," said Vice President/General Manager, diversified manufacturer of paperboard packaging.
