Global Technical Services Standards Director-Workflow & Workforce Productivity, CBRE [NYSE:CBG]
Brian Letendre is a work execution and workforce productivity subject matter expert within CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS). As an integral member of the Global Operations and Reliability Technical Services team, Brian plays an important role in managing, developing and deploying the organization’s Equipment Maintenance and Asset Reliability program to client account teams across the globe.
An accomplished results oriented leader, Brian has earned a reputation for consist application of innovative and creative problem solving techniques that have driven highly successful business performance improvement initiatives and outcomes. A strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive standardization, Brian has been awarded several prestigious awards in his career with CBRE for his contributions in developing and deploying forward thinking, innovative, and industry best practices in the field of asset reliability.
Brian holds degrees from Northeastern University, University of Phoenix, and Peterson School of Engineering in Business Administration, Mechanical Systems Design, and Facilities Management. He is currently pursuing an FAA commercial certification he hopes will lead to utilizing this emerging technology as a future predictive maintenance tool.
