A 20 year hospitality maven, Claudia has been the strategist behind Hard Rock International’s revenue management and hotel system infrastructure for the last 10 years. She is responsible for the selection, implementation and ongoing operation of all the hotels’ revenue generating systems to include CRS, RMS, distribution, connectivity and ecommerce platforms as well as CRM and e-marketing tools. Claudia has extensive experience in the creation and deployment of standard operations procedures and has spearheaded innovation on a wide array of technology infrastructure and training programs that enhance customer satisfaction, increase revenues and drive guest loyalty. Claudia appears regularly on panels and industry events where she speaks about innovation, data and customer service. She also likes to dance off the stage.
