Daniel Cavallin is the Director of Technology at CELISTICS, where he is responsible for the strategic implementation of IT programs. He is in charge of leading the team responsible for the development of innovative technologies that strengthen our products.
Cavallín leads his team of professionals while ensuring world-class technologies are implemented and used throughout the company.
During his time at CELISTICS, he has accomplished some remarkable milestones, including the implementation of the SAP software in all countries where CELISTICS operates; development of a new application based on the CPFR methodology that gives added value to CELISTICS’ business partners, standardization of the import and logistics processes using Silver Bullet software, implementation of Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Lync and Avaya as part of the Unified Telecommunications Project, and system integration for the finance and operations platforms, creating standard procedures and converting them into a user-friendly interface.
Before joining CELISTICS, Cavallín managed his own company, Cavallín Attias Sistemas, in Caracas, Venezuela. As a Microsoft Gold Partner, he provided consulting and IT systems development support, and established strategic data centers for top corporations.
Cavallín holds a degree in Systems Engineering from the Universidad Metropolitana in Caracas.
