Danny is responsible for transforming Massachusetts Municipal Wholesale Electric Company (MMWEC’s) Information Technology (IT) organization in order to create sustainable competitive advantage for Massachusetts municipal utilities in their mission to provide low-cost, reliable electricity.
He has over 39 years of experience delivering IT services to Fortune 500 corporations in a variety of industries. During his career, he has championed process improvement initiatives including the development of a global software Center for Excellence and the successful implementation of a service-oriented payment processing and accounting system for the third largest municipal government in the U.S. Mr. Suppin earned a B.A. in Psychology from New York University. He holds an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Hartford, and an M.S. in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
In addition, Danny earned a certificate in Business Strategies from the Babson School of Executive Education and he is a member of the Project Management Institute. Mr. Suppin served in the United States Air Force and is a life member of the Vietnam Veterans of America.
