Ms. Gail Kalbfleisch is an accomplished enterprise architect and business analyst with more than 20 years of success. As program director for the Federal Health Architecture (FHA), she leads efforts to enable implementation of government-wide solutions for interoperable and secure health information exchange that addresses federal agency business priorities and cybersecurity needs. FHA serves the needs of more than twenty federal agencies in domains as diverse as military and veteran healthcare, public health monitoring, long-term care and disability services, research, tribal health services and many other critical federal priorities. Prior to this role with FHA, Gail served as the Department of Health and Human Services Acting Chief Enterprise Architect and Acting Deputy Chief Architect for the United States Air Force.
