As a Chief Information Officer for the past 10 years, I have transformed multiple, global technology organizations to drive value by delivering several innovative customer solutions including mobile and web properties, integrating 9 acquisitions, and transforming technology organizations including the unification of as many as 5 technology teams into a global shared service. I have served as a public company officer and CIO in companies with revenues in excess of $1 Billion per annum. I have led highly available environments which serve in excess of 13,000 employees, multiple Fortune 500 clients and which operate in as many as 30 countries.

 As a recently appointed Head of Innovation, I am spearheading the deployment of a global innovation program for Viad Corp. I am trained in the innovation methodology Design Thinking and am passionate about its power to drive radical change and inspire people with creative confidence.

 As a former Big 4 Management Consultant for 8 years, I served as a technology leader for several major transformational projects for Fortune 500 clients in the telecommunications industry in North America, South America and Europe. I am fully fluent in Spanish.

My experience as a technologist spans several B2B and B2C focused service industries including marketing & live events, travel & hospitality, telecommunications, professional services and contact center outsourcing.
