Joe Fuller
Former CIO, Dominion Enterprises
Joe Fuller is CIO at Dominion Enterprises (formerly Trader Publishing Company), the Norfolk, VA based media and marketing company which operates Homes.com and ForRent.com. Dominion Enterprises also provides software and marketing for the auto industry. A Georgia Tech graduate, Joe joined Auto Trader in 1997 as Operations Manager for their Internet department. He helped migrate a printing company with 11 printing plants to a technology company with 600 IT workers. He became their first CIO in 2009. A former entrepreneur, Joe and Dominion Enterprises sponsor Norfolk’s startup community through the Hatch incubator. He’s a commercially certified drone pilot and a baseball umpire.
