Judy Bruner
EVP Administration and CFO, SanDisk Corporation
Jud Bruner has served as Executive Vice President of administration and Chief Financial Officer of SanDisk Corporation, a global leader in flash storage solutions, since June 2004. Prior to joining SanDisk as CFO, Ms. Bruner served as a member of SanDisk’s board of directors from July 2002 to July 2004. At SanDisk, she is responsible for finance, investor relations, information technology, legal and facilities. Ms. Bruner has 35 years of financial management experience, including serving as senior vice president and chief financial officer of Palm, Inc., a provider of handheld computing and communications solutions, from September 1999 to June 2004. Ms. Bruner was responsible for executing the Palm separation from 3Com Corporation and the Palm IPO in 2000.
Ms. Bruner has served on the board of directors and audit committee of Brocade Communications Systems, Inc. since 2009 and on the board of trustees for the Computer History Museum, a 501(c)(3) organization, since 2014.
Ms. Bruner earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1980 and a Master of Business Administration degree from Santa Clara University in 1986.
