Matt Rider
CIO, Franklin American Mortgage Company
Matt Rider is the Chief Information Officer at Franklin American Mortgage Company (FAMC) with executive responsibility over all information technology and service delivery. Matt spearheads the vision and development of integrated software and hardware systems to enhance and streamline the mortgage experience both internally and externally.
Before joining FAMC, Matt successfully led the redesign and launch of a $200mm D2C e-commerce site for a giant in the automotive aftermarket industry. In addition, Matt held various executive roles in his 20 years at JPMorgan Chase & Co. where he managed numerous global technology teams and initiatives.
Matt is also a U.S. Army veteran who proudly served in Operation Desert Shield/Storm.
