For instance, Ctrl365, jointly with Santander Bank and the technology of SS&C|Blue Prism, devised and developed a digital solution in record time to comply with government regulations and safeguard their customers in critical times—thanks to the implementation of the Center of Excellence of Unified Workforce. It was the only way Santander Bank had to win the race against time when the government deferred on payment of debt bonds worth over $100,000 million and authorized the withdrawal of only 15 percent of the money invested in mutual funds.

Banco Santander's success case with Ctrl365 prompted Allfunds to work with them to streamline their processes, optimize the management of their digital workforce and have the necessary expertise to achieve a successful and efficient implementation of Blue Prism's digital workforce.
