Marco Di Costanzo is Chief Technology Officer at TIM Brasil. An engineer by training, he has spent more than three decades in telecommunications, holding network leadership positions across Brazil, Argentina and Chile before assuming the CTO role. His career has been closely tied to network planning, infrastructure development and the technical decisions that shape how connectivity reaches customers at scale.

Expanding Capacity without Losing Reliability

Telecommunications leaders face ongoing pressure to increase network capacity while keeping service quality high. Customer expectations are rising. Each technology upgrade needs to fit into the existing infrastructure without affecting performance.

Di Costanzo's role places him at the center of that challenge. As CTO, he oversees the planning, development, construction and activation of TIM Brasil's network infrastructure. The position requires balancing near-term network demands with investments that must support future traffic growth.
