Dilignet's value-added services in the Data Center helps clients adopt the new generation of Cloud Computing and reduce business costs, while improving service delivery. “Previously, IT strategies used to cover a timeframe of five to ten years with specific business cases derived as CapEX projects that were completed over a period of months or years,” says Lillywhite. Today, IT has to be much more agile and proactive with its strategy and Dilignet's solutions adapt to the culture shift, capturing the cloud opportunity with Microsoft technologies. The company has vast experience in helping customers take advantage of new styles of working and navigating the complexities of integrating on-premise systems with cloud. “Dilignet has a simple view on cloud adoption which is to help customers integrate cloud with seamless management on current on-premise infrastructure, helping them to improve business agility with focus on workload security, portability and management,” states Lillywhite.
In addition, keeping up with the ever changing requirements of customers, Dilignet consistently makes investments in IP generation to bring industry leading solutions to customers. Dilignet also underpins its values on three core parameters; strong customer service spread through word of mouth, collaboration which encourages technical team members to work with communities and accountability which helps the company to exceed the expectation of its customers, partners and its own employees. As guided by the core principles, Dilignet’s identity management practice built by the company over the last twelve months has been extremely successful.
In one instance, Federal Group, a tourism and corporate experiences company located in Tasmania, wanted to develop a cloud strategy for its business and one of the projects was to leverage Microsoft Cloud Services. As such, Dilignet was engaged to enable setup of Microsoft Cloud Services and provide Single Sign-On Federated Identity to Federal Group to take advantage of Microsoft Cloud Services. The client made a strategic decision to embrace cloud, joining its domain to Microsoft's Azure platform. Federal Group's target time frame for execution of the project was aggressive, but in partnership with Dilignet, it was achieved effortlessly. Dilignet helped the client achieve single sign-on by implementing Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), which provides a single identity allowing users to log on and access both cloud and on-premises services. Federal Group now has new services built upon Microsoft's Azure Cloud, which is more easily accessible.

In the near future, the company plans on evolving Dilignet’s Data Center and Hybrid Cloud offerings. This will provide customers with control, security, and portability between on-premise and clouds through Dilignet’s managed services business. "Our next big advancement is to replicate Dilignet’s managed services success stories in the enterprise management and mobility business with Dilignet’s Data Center and Hybrid Cloud business. Dilignet has an exciting range of new offerings to hit the market in the next quarter,” ends Lillywhite.
