Prizma, the firm’s robust mobile solution, can transform almost any smartphone into a mobile health monitoring device in just a few seconds. The proprietary smartphone cover integrates biometric sensors and the Prizma application to allow users to measure their ECG, Heart Rate, Body Temperature, Oxygen Saturation, and Stress levels. Users can share their diagnostic results with a caregiver, family member or their personal physician from anywhere, anytime. The intuitive Prizma application securely stores medical data on the smartphone and in a personal, HIPAA compliant User Portal on the cloud, where it can be viewed, monitored, and shared with others.

In the next three years, G Medical Innovations plans to supplement the Prizma platform with new technologies and sensors, such as tests to monitor glucose, triglycerides, and cholesterol. High cholesterol levels, for example, are directly related to an increased risk of heart attack, heart disease and stroke. “We want our users to carry a doctor in the pocket to ensure a healthy lifestyle, and also equip them with a mobile lab that gives accurate results to their caregiver for assisting in treatment decisions,” concludes Dr. Geva.

The Vital Signs Monitoring System with G Medical Patch (VSMS/GMP) comprises patented wireless technologies, proprietary information technology, and monitoring service platforms.

The vital signs and biometrics monitoring solution accurately measures heart rate, blood pressure, body temperature, oxygen saturation in blood, and up to six channels of ECG to determine anomalies and detect arrhythmias. It can also detect the body position of a patient, along with their location. The data is transmitted in real time using 4G/Wi-Fi technology to the G Medical Innovations Cloud, and to the 24/7 Monitoring Center to be analyzed and compiled into reports for clinicians. The comprehensive wearable solution can be used to track the health conditions of patients in hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living residences, the home, and other facilities.

The VSMS/GMP solution will also be utilized by G Medical’s U.S.-based Independent Diagnostic Testing Facility (IDTF) as a heart monitoring patch with multiple ECG-leads to continuously detect and monitor a patient’s arrhythmia.
