A path to the future: AW and its plans for 2024

Alejandra Oniszczuk, Board Director at AW Global.

The year 2023 has been a pivotal year for the technology market, where advancements and developments have driven digital transformation in different sectors. In this context, AW organization has proven to be up to the expectations, expanding its business unit to new markets like Europe and the United States.

The tech company specializes in ERP and CRM implementations and boasts a 30-year track record in the market. With a strong bond with Microsoft, AW has positioned itself greatly thanks to its diverse team of over 200 professionals, each with different skills and cultures, committed to empowering the business of their clients and partners.

"2023 was a year of significant learnings for us. AI has gained clarity and visibility, especially in business applications, thus improving the performance and value that our company brings. Additionally, we are glad to see how organizations' strategies align with technology investment. At the market level, the context was challenging due to uncertainty, which led many organizations to postpone their growth. However, we continue to learn and strengthen our company, as we have done in the past 30 years," comments Alejandra Oniszczuk, Board Director at AW Global.

With a focus on generating new opportunities in LATAM, 10 years ago, AW created Dynamics Latam, Microsoft's most extensive partner network throughout Latin America. With significant opportunities in the region, the company now focuses on physical presence in each country and knowledge of local uses and regulations. Dynamics LATAM addresses these issues by offering a single point of contact, enabling successful execution of these projects.

AW's Major Solutions in 2023

In an increasingly digitalized world, it is crucial to have efficient technological solutions adapted to companies' needs. In that context, AW developed Localis 365, a Microsoft-certified localization solution that is the result of years of actively listening to customers and partners. Localis has become the first and only solution that meets tax requirements throughout the Latin American region, using a single multip-country code that accelerates implementation, training, maintenance, and adoption, saving valuable time for businesses and offering an updated solution to regulatory, legal, and tax changes in LATAM.

The success of Localis led Microsoft to select AW as its ideal partner to provide localization technology in Dynamics 365 Finance applications for the entire Latin America.

The success of Localis led Microsoft to select AW as its ideal partner to provide localization technology in Dynamics 365 Finance applications for the entire Latin America. In summary, Microsoft's ERP uses AW's technology to quickly adapt to each country's specific regulations, a functionality included in the solution's price and supported by Microsoft's support.

AW understands the region's needs and offers solutions that streamline and transform daily operations of organizations. For example, the Banking365 solution simplifies payment, collection, and reconciliation processes by connecting business management systems with banking platforms. On the other hand, the Invoicing365 solution unifies the management of electronic tax documents throughout LATAM, regardless of the country, tax authority, or technological provider, handling large volumes of fiscal electronic documents.

Looking towards 2024, AW is clear on where it should focus. "The year 2024 presents itself as a period of great technological development for AW. We are ready to tackle challenges in business applications, data, cybersecurity, and AI. We will be working on strong points like Finance localization in multiple countries, the inclusion of AI in ERP and engagement applications. This is complemented by the incorporation of standard implementation methodologies, along with support in the evolution of business processes and continuous improvement of our client partner teams. We are prepared to provide innovative solutions and continue driving the success of our clients in the digital world," concludes Oniszczuk.
