Personal Injury Law FAQs: An Interiew With Attorney Russell Nicolet

Russell Nicolet, Nicolet Law

Accidents are unexpected and can be very overwhelming, both physically and emotionally. The financial ramifications of most accidents can be very difficult to bear for most people. A study by Stanford Law School shows that one in six people in America sustains injuries in accidents that lead to significant economic loss. Although there are programs like Insurance and work compensations(for work-related accidents) designed to help bear the brunt of accidents, it is clear that these programs aren’t doing a great job. This is where Personal Injury Law comes in.

Personal Injury attorneys help people get due compensation after any accident due to someone else’s negligence. They basically hold you by the hand and help you get through the difficult situation of an accident.

To get more insight into what Personal Injury Law is and how PI lawyers operate, we have taken the time and effort to talk to one of the best in the game, Russell Nicolet. Russell is an award-winning personal injury lawyer based in Wisconsin with years of experience helping people fight for the compensation they deserve after an accident.

Without further ado, let’s jump right in…
