Relying on the best of breed solutions to steer transformational initiatives within your organization



We recently underwent an enterprise-wide SAP implementation. However, despite efforts to brand the implementation as transformational, it was really a system replacement.



Using HR solutions to improve effectiveness



We have online systems in place for performance management, LMS, and recruiting currently. Our technology roadmap includes a new tool for performance management, as well as a link to compensation systems, and hopefully, a talent management system in the future.



The areas in business environment where solutions do not yet exist or not up to the mark, and which if existed, would've made job easier



Quicker, cheaper integrations that ‘talk’ to existing systems. Analytics that you have to get ‘right’ the first time around when implementing.



Role and responsibilities as Chief Human Resource Officer



I report into the EVP-HR, but have noticed a shift from personnel management to a driver of organizational management.
