Real-time monitoring and reporting through the digital hall dashboard enable admins to gain insights into all aspects of hallway usage. This eliminates the need for paper passes, which are manually issued by teachers and provide no real data on how the hallway is being used. The module is used by students to easily request hall passes from their devices, which can be approved or managed by teachers or admins.

Minga’s hallway management system was deployed by a high school in California to manage and monitor thousands of students using the hallway. By closely collaborating with the client during the onboarding process and training their staff, the solution was swiftly incorporated into the school’s daily operations. The outcome was impressive—a 50 percent reduction in students using the hallway, which, in turn, resulted in more students attending classes.

Another user-friendly feature is digital student identity cards. Traditional plastic IDs printed and distributed by schools are often lost or forgotten by students, necessitating frequent reprints. Minga’s digital student IDs are a game changer. These IDs can be accessed from any device at any time, even off-campus, relieving students, staff, and administrators of the inconvenience of physical IDs. Plus, the tamper-proof ID cards add a layer of security with their advanced anti-counterfeit features.
