Netelligent’s hosted voice system has empowered its clients with Cisco Hosted Collaboration Solution for enabling real-time collaboration while lowering TCO and increasing operational productivity. Recently, Netelligent teamed up with Kansas City Public Library (KCPL) to replace the client’s aging voice system. KCPL’s Cisco Unified Communications system required an upgrade, however, they were hesitant to spend significantly on hosted communications service. After evaluating several vendors, KCPL approached Netelligent for its Hosted Collaboration Solution. With Netelligent, the staff at KCPL could access the latest version of Cisco Unified Communications Manager without having to bear the costs of new equipment. “We saved nearly $60,000 by not having to upgrade our Cisco Unified Communications system,” says Michael Bollinger, Director of IT, KCPL. “Instead of a capital expense, we have a predictable monthly per-user fee.”
