A Look at the Expansion of an Armored Vehicle Enterprise

FREMONT, CA: STREIT Group, one of the premier armored vehicle manufacturers, has announced the unveiling of Phase 3 of its ongoing expansion project in a virtual ceremony. The three-decade-old group released its endeavors to meet the ever-growing global capacity demand.

Corresponding to its vision of providing state-of-the-art 360 security solutions with cutting edge technology, Phase 3 will see the creation of six new buildings, increasing the existing 86,000 sqm by 65,000 sqm. Phase 3 features include:

• Body fabrication facility,

• Chassis parking,

• Building to host R&D, a futuristic showroom and a training academy,

• A vehicle-based production facility, and finished product storage area,

• Robotic steel fabrication and laser cutting facility,

• Rolling chassis production line, manufacturing utility and commercial based vehicles.

All vehicles experience internationally recognized ballistic and impact testing, with a 100% safety track record. Some of their specialties involve defense and emergency training courses, armored personnel carriers, MRAP vehicles, armored luxury vehicles, armored cash-in-transit, etc.

Despite the difficult times in 2020, we have seen an increase in demand for our products and services with a push towards developing high-tech product,” said Guerman Goutorov, Chairman, STREIT Group. Talking about the new developments, he commented, “Our expansion aims to meet this demand, and deliver on our promise to continue being the leading private armoured vehicle manufacturer. We expect project completion within the last quarter of 2021.”
