ABBYY to help Laserfiche in Integrating its PDP Program
MILPITAS, CA: ABBYY has joined hands with Laserfiche and joined the latter’s Professional Developer Partnership (PDP) program. The recognition, data capture and language-based text analytics technology provider, ABBYY will now be helping in integrating Laserfiche’s FlexiCapture software with Laserfiche Enterprise Content Management (ECM) products.
This partnership will enable businesses of all sizes to modernize their operations, improve customer service and reduce operating costs as ABBYY's advanced capture features such as classification, data extraction etc., and a higher level of automation will be brought together. "By automating resource-intensive tasks such as data entry, document separation and classification, ABBYY FlexiCapture enables faster transactions and more efficient operations. Integrating FlexiCapture with Laserfiche ECM will enable organizations in all industries to manage document-driven business processes more efficiently and productively, starting from the moment of capture,” said Bruce Orcutt, vice president, Product Marketing and Management, ABBYY NAHQ.
Documents of any structure, language or content can be automatically transformed by ABBYY FlexiCapture’s accurate and scalable document imaging and data extraction software into usable and accessible business-ready data. FlexiCapture is enabled to replace error-prone manual processes with automatic document classification and processing by its intelligent self-learning classification and recognition technologies. Also, specific business processes including creating invoices and mailrooms are supported by this software as it has its configurations optimized. "Integrating ABBYY FlexiCapture software with Laserfiche ECM raises the bar for data accuracy and improved process efficiency," said Catherine Ramos, director of the Professional Developer Partnership program at Laserfiche. "We're delighted to partner with ABBYY to provide our customers with advanced capture optimized to support accounts payable, contract management and other high-value business processes."
It has been announced that the first ABBYY-Laserfiche integrated products will be released in second quarter of 2016. The products will be sold through the Laserfiche global reseller channel.
