Accenture Introduces SmartVideo Technology to its ALIP Software for Better Customer Experience

In this context, Accenture has introduced SmartVideo technology to its life and annuity software, Accenture Life Insurance Platform (ALIP) to improve customer experience through digital channels.

The new SmartVideo capabilities allow carriers to create cost-effective data-driven videos immediately on the basis of customer and policy information. The real-time video helps customer prepare for challenges by providing information on account set up, billing statement and events confirmations while using company’s robust, configurable and scalable ALIP software suite. The company leverages this technology to support and retain customers throughout the customer lifecycle.

The SmartVideo technology alliances with SundaySky to facilitate Software-as-a-Services (SaaS) solution that offers seamless deployment to provide technology and commercial framework. The new technology is pre-integrated with ALIP which gives life insurance and annuity carriers of all sizes solutions for product development, new business, underwriting, and policy administration.
