AgileElite Multi-Carrier Parcel Shipping Software Named an Exclusive FedEx Diamond Compatible Solution
MEMPHIS, TN: Enterprise transportation management solution provider, Agile Network has announced that its AgileElite multi-carrier parcel shipping software was named an exclusive FedEx Diamond Compatible Solution by Federal Express.
Designed to help organizations identify qualified, third-party shipping software, The FedEx Compatible Solution program requires software developers be up-to-date on current software for either FedEx Ship Manager Server or FedEx Web Services, and also maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention. Of the hundreds of solutions available, only a few achieve FedEx Diamond Compatible Solution status. This distinction is awarded only to solutions demonstrating years of certified compatibility, and integration with the broadest range of technologies, including ERPs, warehouse management systems and ecommerce platforms.
As a FedEx Compatible Diamond Solution, AgileElite provides shippers with real-time, 100% compatible access to all FedEx services, including: FedEx Express, Ground, SmartPost, Returns, Freight and International (including FedEx Electronic Trade Documents ETD). The solution also enables shippers to specify unique delivery options, including real-time destination re-routing, FedEx Delivery Manager and ‘hold at location.’ According to Agile Network Principal Noah Ostanik, “AgileElite enables shippers to now access the full power and potential of FedEx, with unlimited options to satisfy both customers and transportation budgets.”
In addition to FedEx, AgileElite provides certified support for a global network of carriers, including UPS, DHL, USPS, CanPar, CanadaPost and hundreds of regional operators. The solution also provides a full-featured, on-premise or cloud-based shipping and transportation management platform, with real-time rating and routing, pack verification, consolidation, automatic AES filing, export document generation, and integrated carrier invoice reconciliation. AgileElite may be configured to operate in both attended station and ‘black box’ modes with full support for high volume material handling, automatic weighing and print-andapply systems. To streamline deployment, Agile Network offers certified integrations for major ecommerce, WMS and ERP applications; including those from Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Manhattan Associates, Epicor, and JDA.
