Akkadian Labs Launches aCO for Cisco Unified Communication Platform

NEW YORK, NY: Akkadian Labs, a company indulged in Unified Communication Collaboration solutions is launching the latest version of akkadian Console Operator (aCO) version 4.0 for Cisco Unified Communication Platform.  It aims to streamline business processes by allowing operators and receptionists to quickly answer and route calls to the appropriate destination.

The upgraded version is easy to deploy and comes with user-friendly interface, minimizing learning and adoption time for the operators. The uniqueness of the version is, it’s a serverless software which efficiently handles multiple tasks with fewer resources, when once implemented it reduces both costs and risk of system failures.

“As we continued to build out the console’s functionality, we’ve focused on maintaining usability for the busy operator. Our latest version’s brand new interface reflects this focus on user experience," says Tom Bamert, Akkadian Labs Chief Technology Officer.

The software can also be customized for easier interface including the directory, specific business needs and preferences. The new features include revamped user interface; support of Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) version 11; new call handling enhancements and optional management servers. Additionally it also comes with drag and drop capabilities, allowing the operators to easily transfer calls eliminating the need for entering a phone number manually.
