(CSE:DDB), a leading cloud backup and recovery technology provider, has announced a strategic partnership with Berlin-based O&O Software GmbH that combines O&O’s bare metal technologies with Data Deposit Box's new Smart Storage Solution. The alliance aims to offer an all-in-one business continuity solution for the SMB, SME and managed services partners globally. The solution with cloud storage will be available from 4th May, 2016.

The Data Deposit Box cloud service offering, designed to safeguard critical data for small to midsize business and enterprise (SMB/SME) customers worldwide will have O&O Software GmbH's BMR technology as an integrated feature from April 29th 2016. The technology offered with the Data Deposit Box's Smart TB, 4TB, 6TB and 10TB systems, will enable partners with the unique ability to use file based, API based, or bare-metal based technologies within a 4 bay system enabling complete, end to end backup and recovery within any SMB and SME.
