Aptean Updates its Response Solution to Stay in Compliance with Financial Regulators

ATLANTA, GA: Aptean, an enterprise software solutions provider, announces the updated version of its Respond complaints and feedback management solution enabling financial service companies to stay in compliance with ever changing regulations of financial regulators such as Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB).

Respond is an on-premise and in-the-cloud compliant management software solution that enables organizations in providing timely responses to customer feedback. The latest version, Respond 6.0, facilitates editable templates for frontline staff to send personalized Summary Resolution Communications (SRC) to customers.  Respond 6.0 features new streamlined user interface that captures complaint data in detail and allows users to view via drillable dashboards. The solution’s dashboard system comprises of critical information including incoming regulatory case work, outstanding approvals for regulatory reporting. The software is now available on tablet devices.
