This ensures that development on IBM i can be synchronized from conception to delivery with development on other platforms including System z,” says Chris Trobridge, Product Manager for Enterprise DevOps Tools, IBM.
DevOps is a software development method that aims to help an organization rapidly produce software products and services and to improve operations performance. It strategizes agility, software development along with persuasion of business goals throughout software delivery lifecycle. With continuous analysis of software lifecycle from creation to deployment, DevOps provide high quality software, faster releases and improved customer satisfaction.
IBM UrbanCode, the deployment software, supplies the Deploy functionality in the IBM DevOps offering, with rapid release for mobile, social, big data and cloud. For this purpose, ARCAD deliver plugins to UrbanCode for the deployment of many language variants on its platform.
