Assured Data Protection Collaborates with Confluera to Launch managed XDR Service

Assured Data Protection will be able to extend its cloud data management portfolio, increase collaboration with current and established clients, and provide new channel opportunities for its MSP partners and other resellers as a result of the deal.

FREMONT, CA: Assured Data Protection, a leading IT Managed Services Provider (MSP) for cloud data protection solutions, announced that it has formed a global alliance with Confluera, a leading provider of next-generation detection and response solutions, to provide eXtended Detection and Response (XDR) as part of its existing data protection service portfolio. Assured Data Protection will be able to extend its cloud data management portfolio, increase collaboration with current and established clients, and provide new channel opportunities for its MSP partners and other resellers as a result of the deal.

One of the leading Rubrik cloud data management provider MSPs, Assured Data Protection, has added XDR as-a-service to its portfolio of enterprise-grade data backup and recovery solutions. Customers will solve data breaches in real time using Confluera's latest XDR app. The fully automated system detects threats as soon as they enter the system and monitors their progress before neutralizing them. It provides an additional layer of data security and eliminates the need for IT teams to manually correlate historical data, saving time and resources.

Confluera is increasing its partner program to accommodate new MSPs and provide them with integrated threat identification and response capability. The majority of cyberattacks elude standard endpoint security controls, resulting in data center breaches. Confluera can be conveniently designed to work with Assured Data Protections solutions that are currently installed in the data center. Assured Data Protection and its MSP partners will now offer the integrated solution, extending Confluera's reach across global markets.
