ATM Eyes Medical Cannabis Business by Acquiring Frontier Indoor Garden Solutions

FREMONT, CA: Anything Technologies Media (ATM) – a multimedia digital applications, production and marketing company – acquires Frontier Indoor Garden Solutions, a company into development of commercial indoor medical cannabis facilities and outdoor industrial hemp operations.

Medical cannabis has gathered greater interest in the healthcare industry across the U.S. where use of cannabis has been prescribed for life threatening diseases such as cancer, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease and epilepsy. Various states in the U.S. are opening up to explore the benefits of medical cannabis and are willing to issue licenses for its growth and consumption in a regulated manner.   

With the finger on the pulse of the nascent medical cannabis industry, the media company, ATM, makes the strategic decision of acquiring Frontier Indoor Garden Solutions in order to tap the opportunity. Frontier’s operations encompass growing cannabis facilities and hemp operations along with funding package and harvested crop distribution options. The company is also looking forward to launch more such projects.

The acquisition includes Frontier’s Cannabis Facility Development Consortium, a development group founded by Frontier that comprises of multiple entities specializing in all aspects of the development of indoor and outdoor horticultural facilities and operations.
